Did Y’all Know…

Running a business is a difficult task. However, finding funding and/or financing for energy efficiency projects doesn’t have to be. In our experience, commercial customers are very often so focused on keeping the lights on that they have very little time to think about energy efficiency, especially when programs are challenging to access.

This webisode of the Fund-it Fast Chats will summarize some of the most popular energy efficiency and clean energy funding and financing available right now. Don’t worry; there is rhyme to our reason. We begin with those that don’t have any out-of-pocket costs and work our way down the list from there. First up, the on-bill financing program and guess what? It’s not just for public agencies; commercial customers can also take advantage of this fantastic program. Additionally, we will talk about Go Green Financing, the Small Business Administration 504 Green Loans, and the Energy Efficient Commercial Buildings Tax Deduction also known as Section 179D of the IRS code. You will not want to miss this webisode chock full of valuable resources for commercial customers.

These customers often do not realize what program opportunities are at their fingertips! Much of the reason is that business owners are busy with daily happenings, and energy efficiency is not at the top of their minds.

We understand that our commercial customers are busy and want to make it as easy as possible for them. In our new series, “Efficiency in Focuswe have listed all programs for commercial customers within the State of California!
