Our goal is to to bring access to more efficient, more reliable, and more affordable energy closer to home. SJVCEO’s program history tells our story: municipal leadership, small business innovation, NGO collaboration, utility partnership, workforce development and training, persistent doers committed to a shared vision.

Pragmatic solutions for rural problems. Our plan involves increasing access to utility programs, ratepayer funds and securing outside grant and foundation funding to build competitive communities. And our board reflects our “big tent” philosophy that there’s room for everyone in energy, values local control and collective problem solving.
