The Central California Energy Watch (CCEW) is a collaborative program between Pacific Gas and Electric Company, the San Joaquin Valley Clean Energy Organization, and local governments in Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, Monterey, Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Tulare Counties. While we primarily serve the counties listed above, we can provide services to additional counties upon request.

Through this partnership, we identify public agency projects and programs with long-term energy savings that will lead to integrated energy solutions in hard-to-reach and disadvantaged communities. We are committed to helping our communities grow and thrive through clean energy while maintaining a rural character and being able to adapt to local concerns.
