SCE:
SCE offers a number of payment assistance options for residential and business customers, including payment extensions and arrangements. If your income has changed, you may also qualify for a reduced energy rate through CARE or FERA programs. If someone in your home requires the use of electrically powered medical devices or equipment, you may qualify for our Medical Baseline Allowance program. More information for your home is available here and for your business here!

PG&E:
Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, there has been an increase in scammers calling customers and threatening to shut off their power if they fail to make a payment during the COVID-19 outbreak. The utility company has received several reports of scammers calling from what appears to be a PG&E number, demanding payment on past due bills over the phone. Officials say the company will never ask for personal information or a credit card number over the phone. Click here to read more

PG&E announced to help business customers, payments on the 0% interest loans can now be deferred for up to six months! These no interest loans allow business customers to replace old and worn-out equipment with energy efficient models. On-Bill Financing customers who request deferment will see a reduction in their monthly OBF loan repayment to $0.01 during the 6-month deferral period. Click here to learn more!
