RELAUNCH #36 & #37: PG&E and SCE EV Infrastructure Program

We are continuing with our 2024 theme of IDSM, which stands for Integrated Demand Side Management, and the technology that supports those efforts. You may not think of EVs and IDSM together, but they are quickly becoming an important part of that infrastructure.

In these webisodes of the Fund-it-Fast Chats we talk to our utility partners about their programs addressing the infrastructure side of the EV equation. EVs are awesome but you have to charge them somewhere, right?

We spoke with 2 utility representatives about their EV charging infrastructure programs. In the first video, I am joined by guest Tim O’Neil, who walks us through PG&E’s EV Fleet Program, which offers support and incentives to install charging stations to electrify EV Fleets. In the second video, I am joined by guest Omar Faris, who takes us through SoCalEdison’s Charge Ready Program.
