Philosophically I believe money tends to work itself out. Nearly fifteen years in energy efficiency and I still think that, but I also believe things fall apart when it’s not well understood. In order to be better practitioners of energy efficiency we have to be able to simply articulate how a project will be paid for, where the money goes, and how it’s a worthwhile investment. We can’t expect customers to just move though life like Ms. Grande and grabbing up every TLED or heat pump hot water heater their heart desires.
