Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program Opportunity!

Calling All State Certified Electricians!

EVITP.org training for state-certified electricians to install electric charging stations is available now! The EVITP has rigorous training standards and is taught by instructors who have well documented qualifications and considerable experience in their areas of expertise. AB 841 and grant funding require state certified electricians with EVITP certification on installation of charging stations which are becoming more and more prevalent in our SJV communities.

This training course online and hands-on certification can be offered right here in the Valley (Bakersfield, CA) IF 6 or applicants from the San Joaquin Valley register for this specific June course. Registration closes next week, May 17th! The San Joaquin Valley EV Partnership has coordinated with the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District to have the $275 course fee reimbursed through San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Alt. Fuel Mechanic Training Grant. The application form and guidelines are all attached in the documents below:
