The Energy Assistance Fund (EAF) is SCE's charitable, non-profit organization that offers direct payment assistance to those in need, including seniors on fixed income, young families with children, and veterans.

Learn more about how SCE partnered with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to provide one-time bill payments for nearly 250,000 qualified Southern California households since EAF started in 1982Learn more.

Medical Baseline:
SCE’s Medical Baseline Allowance program provides an additional 16.5 kilowatt-hours of electricity per day to individuals requiring regular use of electrically-powered medical equipment or other qualifying medical devices. Provided at the lowest baseline rate, this helps offset the cost of operating the medical equipment.
